To fix depression, all you need is a good diet, exercise and to be surrounded by positive friends and family. Drugs are not the same as medicine. Medicine cures you!

You have to be certain that someone that is displaying mental issues is not suffering from some physical condition. When that has been established as a medical condition, the mental illness issue will mysteriously disappear...

Ask your Psychiatrist/Psychologist if they get kickbacks on the prescriptions that they write. A great way to motivate "doctors" to put you on drugs...

Legal malpractice...

Did you know that the insurance carriers that provide legal malpractice insurance to lawyers will drop lawyers from a policy? That usually happens when it is discovered that the attorney is covering up, or attempting to cover up legal malfeasance or some other detrimental legal misconduct towards their client or an opposing party.

My advice (which is not legal) to you is to post it on the web when the State Bar or the IARDC is not helping you. According to the public consensus, lawyers do look out for their own.

If I were you, I would start a blog and use the law firms name in the domain.  But make sure that you don't use their exact name in the domain. But rather add a derogatory word to it such as blows.com or sucks.com at the very end. That way they can't use a trademark dilution claim in order to take it down. Which in turn would silence you. And never use any copywritten material. If the law firm or organization representing them sends you something, remember that it's yours to do with as you please. Post it on line if you think is will expose their character or the way that they're treating you.

Remember that truth is an absolute defense against libel and stander. Naver make false statement and only give opinions.

Above all, try to be nice and don't put anything in writing that you don't want to be used against you. Maybe add a disclaimer and release "By using this site in any way you agree to the following terms and agree not to lay any claim to it or it's writer or reproduce this site in any way shape or form. As a matter of fact, it should not be viewed by anyone and if you do choose to view it, it's being viewed voluntarily only by your own impulse. ect..."

Enjoy!
