I am the Power of attorney for Annie Heegere Pettice who is in Mcfarland State Hospital in which you are the director for. I need to communicate with you. I sent you restricted mail which hasn't been answered.

A carbon copy was attempting to be sent in his initial e-mail to me to Karen Schweighart, Hospital Administrator, at 217-786-6994 or E-mail: Karen. Schweighhart@illinois.gov. But it failed since It was cc'd to her with a mispelled e-mail address. I'm assuming that is the actual hospital administrator for McFarland state Hospital. I went ahead and e-mailed that  person with the response that i sent Mr. Litvak.

Since I have just internet and got rid of voice, e-mail correspondence will have to work.
