Copyright infringement

Reprinting this journal is unlawful without my written consent. Lawyers should know better than to infringe on my copyright and will now purchase this copyright upon demand. Using my copywritten material in order to obtain a gain of any kind constitutes an infringement and is not protected under the fair use rule.

Since I received the court file from Anthony, I now have evidence that he has knowledge of the legal misconduct that has transpired in my personal case and must now report it to the IARDC.

Fact: Intentional Failure by an attorney to report legal misconduct is actionable and is grounds to have disciplinary action taken against them.

In my view, using my journals to get the court to form a negative opinion about me constitutes a gain. The price of my copyright is located at the top of order of persecution. ($170,000)

Concerning my class 4 non-violent eavesdropping  felony.
