willful ignorance and intentional blindness..

Dealing with people that display the aforementioned behavior can be fruitful if they're dealt with in the appropriate manner.

Court Today

I talked to mom and her lawyer Ed Downey today in court. Judge Mays talked with me about the letter I sent him.  I'll be sending all communication to the person who actually runs the place from now on. I'm glad I got the mail. That’s all I can say here at this point.

I have everything including my statement to the court for this morning at 10:30. It's obvious now why they wouldn't surrender the money to me. Even though I am my mothers poa. Medicare appearently ran out after 60 days according to what was sent to me from McFarland.

Mom can't hear...

Sometimes mom can hear me other times she can't. I don't get it...

PoA

Talked today with mom and with Cathy on two separate calls. She still says that their legal department still has to get a hold of me. That they weren't for sure if that poa which was signed by bob bier and mom has not been revoked. So what Cathy was saying that they won't honor the poa because they don't know if the one that I have has been revoked. It can never be revoked when mom is mentally or physically incapacitated.

Betsy Bier

She called back at 4:07 and stated that she left vm to cathy love and don henke about the poa today. her dads signatures (bob bier) were on them as the attorney. they were trying to say indirectly that the poa was a fake.

Bob Bier

Since Bob Bier is out sick, his office suggested that I talk to his son Barney at Cassens Schuering. I called and he wanted $125.00 just to look at the document that his dad drew up and signed for mom. I just wanted Bob to call over there and validate it.

Today he said that he would talk to his dad and call me back.
