The fact that "moms bank account" have been getting a lot of views, only supports the fact that they were messing with my mothers money.

This is proof that McFarland lies to people and wrongs its residents families.

 

So, in order for me to remove this letter from the web, an anonymous payment of $25 million will have to be made. This may be one of the reasons that they decided to change the name of their institution. The story is that Andrew McFarland  was a corrupt individual and the fake medical "hospital" was named appropriately.

I was my mothers power of attorney.

She'd like to hear that it's wonderful how she allows her residents to be raped and abused by her staff.

Also, the law states that in order for an individual to rescind a power of attorney, it must be in writing, notarized and sent with proof of service to the attorney in fact.

It's a response that is in conflict with itself, and is based on solely what she claims her employees and my mother have told her. People that are not of sound mind (as her letter indicates that my mom is not of sound mind) don't have appropriate decision making capabilities. That's why I was assigned as her POA.

Ms. Schweighart seems to fit the profile of a person with  Histrionic Personality Disorder. Professional Psychiatrist have the best tools, power and influence to get whatever they want.

You will also notice that whenever someone is on psychotropic drugs, (such as the drugs that my mother was forced to take by court order) nobody will ever think clearly,
