Well, according to Craig Reiser....YES...

Since he was mom’s appointed lawyer. He felt it was important to publish my journal of McFarland in mom’s court case (showing that the power of attorney was presented to the hospital staff early on) as well as my complaint about my ex (orderofpersecution.blogspot.com) for reason to make me look bad. Well telling the truth must make me look horrible. Well that's just too bad.

Also, You should ask for INFORMED CONSENT  when your psychiatric "Doctor" wants to treat you with a drug to fix and heal your brain disease problem.

You will want to be sure that there is no underlying physical issue with your body that could be causing your mental state to be erratic.

You will want to report all drugs that are being given to you or your loved one to MEDWATCH.

As I said. I counted 8 bottles of drugs that she had (polypharmacy) prescriptions for. Hard telling what they exactly did to her brain. But she had the cops called to her residence twice for making threats to perople and both times was put in the hospital (blessing hospital). Her psychiatrist at the time just let her back out only to get into more trouble. I tried to get her back at the house but she wouldn’t budge. That fat bald headed doctor wanted to hand her over to me (temporarily) while she was on drugs...

Her cancer doctor at blessing wouldn’t giver her any pain killers, so she resorted to drinking. Which is sad since she kicked the habit years ago. So one thing led to another.

Keep in mind that blessing hospital has been in court and still is for wrongful death and medical malpractice countless times. 

McFarland state hospital has settled a rape (which they were responsible for) case as well.

 This is when I was labled "Bipolar" by "Dr" Vrtikapa". She sat with me for 3 minutes to come to that diagnosis. It was to help the powers that suck to locally discredit me and my meritorious issues.

Which by the way there is or was no scientific test to support her claim of that "Diagnosis".

I was with the same girl (which I barely  knew for 8 years) and all of a sudden I'm having "mental problems" when my mercantile lawsuit gets sabotaged by my Judas lawyer.  She conveyed the persona of "when the money is low and you won’t join my Christian ministry"  it was time to go".

Frank  Froman played a big part in that tactic to keep me from my son. Since is is the courts psychologist, he has a lot of pull on what goes on between McFarland state hospital and Adams County when it comes to "Mental" health.

I'm sure he had a good hand in putting my mother in that dump hospital. he's known my mom since the 1980's and Froman is a good friend of my biological father. Which makes it all shit from the get-go.

Hell, my Mom made me go and see him from time to time when I was a kid after my Grandpa died.

Grandpa was the best!!! He inspired me to get my pilots license and to become a  musician.

Talk about labelling someone early in life...

Was My Mother either mentally incompetent or mentally competent.  The answer is BOTH.  Why was she in that hospital then to begin with? And it is all "He Said, She Said" in this letter from Kathy S. If it is true, my mother was having spells of numerous things due to the psychotropic mind-altering drugs the were profiteering off of at her psych expense.  These are people that are also colleagues and financial friends with Dr Froman as well (the corrupt psychologist that I unlawfully recorded breaking the law). That also works for the court system here in Adams County, IL and McFarland . He sells their mental health beds and he gets the commission.

This site is here due the fact that little people in high places put my mom on psychotropic drugs.

She had been taking Psychotropics since I could remember (knowing that there is no scientific basis for the existence for mental illness). 

The phrase “psychotropic drugs” is a technical term for psychiatric medicines DRUGS that alter chemical levels in the brain which impact mood and behavior.

Chemical imbalances do exist. Only after drugs have been introduced into the brain.

Newspaper clippings of moms issues due to blessing hospitals carelessness . Blessing Hospital has been named as a defendant in countless wrongful death and medical malpractice lawsuits:

They kept letting her go. They didn't bother detoxifying her. All they cared about was me recording her there with my video camera.

Those drugs, on top of her having cancer, and blessing hospital negligently killing her husband made her totally unstable.  

What better way to practice defensive medicine than to put her on a poly pharmacy routine of additional drugs.

Dr. Lee Roy Johnson (Blessing Hospital and TWI.Org) was her doctor at the time of her death. 

Dr. Frank Richard Froman was involved as well.

Psychotropic drugs have been involved and consumed by school shooters and other violent offenders.

My mother was 63 when she passed away. I didn't get to say goodbye.

Shortly after moms body arrived at duker haugh funeral home,  I went to see it. She was laid out on a hospital cart in a hospital scrub. I then then  took a picture of her and pulled a lock of hair out of her head in order to get potential future forensics. There was fleshy material on the hairs.  Shortly after, The adams county coroner came in the room, he asked me if he wanted him to cut some hair off of her. I said sure. He then asked me if I wanted more of it.

Biochemical Imbalance?

My mom's psych history.

Through the years, mom would always talk about her doctors and her "Medicine" for her Schizophrenia. as a child, I had no idea that my biological father had friends with psyche doctors and that her mother was all for getting control of her as well. Apparently, this is a form of chemical straitjacket for some children these days. And that is how all of this got started. My Dad, My grandmother, Frank Froman, Dr Lee Johnson and everyone was in all of it. All just because I was fathered by Dr. Stan Bartley and that my grandpa (Joe Heeger) wanted me in his life. "I want my grandson" were his words to both my grandmother and my mom.

You can see how this became a conspiracy to shut mom up and to denounce her credibility about me (which a blood test between me and my dad or one of his other kids could easily prove). But they had to go the psychotropic drug way. It made her irrational at times and uncontrollable. It made her dependent on these drugs and it ruined her relationships with many people, even me. They even tried to get me on Psych drugs saying that it's a hereditary condition and you need to be on "Medicine" (drugs). 

 

During the end of my moms life in Peoria, IL, they were giving her drugs (with no scientific evidence or anything else to back up their actions for doing so other than a court order) to make her worse, but they claimed to be making her better...

But the fact is. Dr. Lee Roy Johnson was screwing her prescription drugs all up, making her behave in a disorderly manner (and why she was arrested then thrown away). But isn't it funny how nobody else says anything about that?

You have to remember that Quincy Illinois is a very very small town...
