To fix depression, all you need is a good diet, exercise and to be surrounded by positive friends and family. Drugs are not the same as medicine. Medicine cures you!

You have to be certain that someone that is displaying mental issues is not suffering from some physical condition. When that has been established as a medical condition, the mental illness issue will mysteriously disappear...

Ask your Psychiatrist/Psychologist if they get kickbacks on the prescriptions that they write. A great way to motivate "doctors" to put you on drugs...

RE: FOIA Case No. 2012-GRO-00025
Dear Mr. Heeger:

This responds to your request dated November 28, 2011 for information regarding a signature on a return receipt card. Your request was referred to our office from the US Postal Service Office of Inspector General.

Your request was sent to the Records Office. This office has the responsibility for responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Under the FOIA, 5 USC §552, agencies are mandated to produce records responsive to a request. The core purpose of the FOIA is to provide the public with information about the conduct of government agencies and does not require the Postal Service to answer questions or provide explanations or other information that is not contained in its records. It does not require agencies to create records in response to a request.

It appears you may want to file a complaint; therefore I am referring your letter to our Customer Response Group for direct response to you. You should hear from them shortly.

Sincerely,

Pamela Isreal
