I wonder why Jordan Litvak (McFarland's Director) still hasn't written me back like he said that he would. Was it because of a planned agenda to deceive me that he was trying to cover up and stall for Kathy, Don and others? It's my belief now that he was.
Was Kathy Love acting as my moms guardian and power of attorney? Yes she was as proven by her actions and was apparently doing so at the impetus of the administrator of McFarland State Hospital.

Jordan Litvak intentionally doesn't respond
This is the e-mail that I replied to that Mr. Litvak never responded to as of today. It looks like he knew what they (his underlings) were up to and was deliberately brushing me off.
I was still my moms power of attorney prior to june 3rd.
How couldn't he not have known what my mothers situation was? He clearly knew my position as my moms POA. Wasn't he watching Kathy Loves actions and misconduct? Or was he just covering for someone?
