Disability Payments

As you can see in these documents, my mother was receiving disability payments from Social Security while she was housed at mcfarland state hospital and at Sharon healthcare elms bu Kathy Love, Jordan Litvak and Erin Nowlan.

I'm not too sure if all parties knew she was already disabled, but that will come out later.

Sending The Hospital Mail

If you look at this envelope, you'll notice the tape on the top and side of it. The hospital sent it back to me claiming that it had no recipient. What a staff member did at McFarland was get the letter I sent, most likely copied it and put it back in the envelope, with new scotch tape on it to give it the appearance that it was never opened.

They covered up the address and mailed it back to me
