at least anthony wrote me a letter 40 days after the copy of the hearing was sent to me by betsy bier. I'm thankful everything worked out.

My mother is missing

I called sharon healthcare elms and the nurses station told me that my mothers was at Methodist Hospital. I called the hospital and they said that she wasn't there. No person by that name (Annie Heeger) was admitted.

My mother is missing... Her guardian ad litem hasn't returned my call..

My Moms guardian Erin Nowlan is nowhere to be found....

mom snapped out?

I just called the nursing home. I asked for mom and the man that answered the pay phone stated that mom wasn't there. I asked where she was and he said  that she was taken to the hospital. So I called the nurses station and asked where she was and why she was taken to the hospital. The nurse said that mom snapped out and was doing crazy things. Throwing feces and being belligerent is what I'm being told.

This only happens if she doesn't take her medicine and feels shut out and alone.

What I think is that since I got involved in her wanting me to be made her guardian, they stopped giving her medicine to her so that it would shore up their agenda by driving her nuts, by placing her under emotional distress and restraining her for no reason. Thus making it impossible for me to get mom to come back home.

I did talk to her guardian ad litem today Anthony. He asked me about my situation with my ex and the corrupt psychologist I secretly recorded. I also told him that I was going to get an attorney for my mom with her funds and that she wanted to give me $1,000 for my personal reasons. I couldn't tell Kathy or any one of them about why I wanted the money. Since I was her power of attorney, I really felt that I didn't have to answer to anyone. It was non of their business that I wanted to get mom a REAL lawyer.

What I believe is that they got wind of my legal precedence and stopped giving her the medicine just so she'd do this. Then when this took place, they could argue that I wouldn't be enough to handle her and she needs to be in a "controlled environment". This would prevent me from being appointed her guardian and not being able to take my mom home. This is the best way of taking both of us both out of the picture.

This is my belief simply because all the numbers add up.

Letter From Guardian Ad Litem 7 14 2011

I got a letter from moms guardian ad litem (Anthony DiGornio) yesterday. From what he indicated in the letter, mom needs to be appointed her own attorney since she wants me to be her guardian. Which again she has been telling everyone from the very beginning. So with that, I was referred to a lawyer, Tom Leeper by the senior citizens center to see if I could get hospice care for mom and to see if he could aid mom in the hearing. 

So I'll have to drop a copy of the letter off to him today. I also need speak to Anthony by phone this afternoon since he wouldn't be available until after the Hearing. It's still scheduled for the 20th, but mom indicated to him that she wanted it to be there and to see if it could be rescheduled for a hearing in the afternoon.  Since she's ill, she doesn't do good in the mornings.

He indicated in the letter that he would try to get it rescheduled and that he did receive my e-mails that a sent a while back.

Erin called me back a little while ago. It seems like if my caller ID is available she calls back. Even after I leave VM, At any rate, I asked about my mom's funeral arrangements and how much they were. She wouldn't tell me. I told her that mom said she was told that the funeral arrangements were around $3,000. I asked her if those have already been paid and she said that It was "in the works". She also stated that there wasn't any money left (out of the $7,000+).  I asked for some money from my mom's account. She said no. Her caller id was blocked when she called back. Seems like all calls that were coming from McFarland were blocked as well.

My mom was put in McFarland by this guy as well as her public pretender. 

Read the article. Was he put on paid leave or unpaid leave? The suck ass media kept updating their story for 3 years and still couldn't get the story right. Read carefully.

FROMAN had a lot to do with my moms incarceration as well. Him and my dad are buddies.

Farha suspension

mom 7 11 11

Talked to mom for a bit around 3 this afternoon. She was the same as usual. Panicked and worried about me. Told her I was fine. She stated that they wouldn't open the door for her so she could get some air. I'll have to wait to call her guardian tomorrow.

Notice

This is just for Erin and others that are concerned about my mothers privacy. I have never, nor will I ever violate my mothers privacy while she's in Sharon elms. I screen her letters for everything in regards to her condition. I only post the "safe ones" when I do.   

"Lack of communication" between myself and her keepers is just an excuse and has been an excuse from the very start of all of this to (what I believe) interfere with family matters. I simply post to this journal to convey my experience on how they have treated me and my mother. It's called being TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!

Come to find out, they intended to put mom in a home from the very beginning. Their motive was to stall long enough so that they could stockpile her SS checks. I could have gotten her hospice care and brought her home to die in my house and not in some old lady's retirement home that's miles away. 

I was again, my mothers power of attorney (which they successfully blocked and stalled so they could hurry up and get it officially taken away) I was well within my rights to take all of the money out of the trust account which Kathy blocked me from doing. A totally illegal move.

So I guess they all will reside on my journal until someone swoops by and buys my copyright.

I called her at the number in the e-mail at 9:45 this morning and got her voice mail. The receptionist stated that she was there. She must be screening calls since I have my caller ID blocked for business purposes. Or maybe she's in the bathroom or just down the hall. Or, really out of the office.

Again, I left her a voicemail telling her to call me since she has my 217 740 7500 number.

stranger and me

it's a hot day. i posted some things on facebook including my new kidney stone. worked on a project with my buddy jerry yesterday. stranger and i are just hangin' here at home. I'll be contacting erin tomorrow about mom and the $1,000.
