Well, all I can say for the coyote-roadrunner court system here in Adams County, Illinois, that I'd like to tell judge mark scheuring that I've never been taken to court for medical malpractice or wrongful death like some of his buddies that he helped out in court back in the last two decades.

These are the doctors and their judge that involuntarily committed me to their own hospital for them drugging my mother and me videotaping it with their consent to enter the facility with the video camera

Those are the same doctors that held me against my will in the elevator. That was until I threatened to release the previous video tape on them from that same facility regarding my mother's drugged up condition. 

Judge Schuering sanitized their liability of their crime in that matter. He also enjoys pausing the recording system when he feels like you are going to say something that could cause problems.

My mother had been pulling disability benefits for years upon years and they STILL wanted to deem her as a legally disabled person. (See moms bank account). Then henke moved the account to Bank Of Springfield. You can also see that there is a lot of money missing... just look at the letter Litvak sent. $2000 is not accounted for and removed from the bank statement in a withdraw at the bottom of the bank statement 's first page. I was blocked from The Bank of Springfield in seeing the account which it was transferred to.

This proves that all the involved lawyers were committing fraud.

A DHS Caseworker DeAngelia Barnes. Charged a fee for SNAP benefits for various people, Awarded individuals SNAP benefits to various individuals in exchange for money, and barns provided  people emergency disaster SNAP benefits in exchange for money....allegedly 

She also committed DHS child support fraud and abuse of DHS power and manipulated the court system allegedly.

OEIG refers the matter back to DHS and (all DHS ever does is make unsubstantiated claims in its own defense and the defense of it's employees) which attempts to wash the hands of it's worker(s)...allegedly.

You will need to read the fine print in the documents in order to see the denials and excuses by DHS. 

KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS NO TRUSTED INDEPENDENT THIRD  PARTY THAT IS SUPPORTING DHS'S RESPONSE IN THE DOCUMENTATION TO THE OEIG. ALL IT HAS IS DHS GIVING THEM A RESPONSE.
