I received 2 checks from mom by her own free will. One was for $500, and the other was $450. So who was watching her at the hospital if this was so bad for her to do? Or for her not to do if she wasn't in her right mind like they said that she wasn't? I never asked for it. I'm again her son a power of attorney. I tried to get it all for her benefit, but they ignored my position without just cause.  So, if it was so bad for her to give me any portion of that, Again, why weren't they watching her? Like I said before, they knew what they were doing by maliciously blocking my efforts... It was just a ploy and a stepping stone for this probate case and to lock me out of helping execute our plans.

So, where is the $60 per week going? What could my mom do with that in that hospital? Spend it on Kathy?

today was great. shot some inst. approaches and practiced short soft field landings. Also got a great offer to do a job setting up a dns and file server in an office. I love life.

Now, from what I understand in the medical field, deceiving and lying to direct family is against the law and is actionable. I'm thankful that I have the handwritten letters from mom, plus the letter to judge Mays and Gary Farha.

And this is one of the many things I love about the web. I can keep a great journal and pretty much whatever I want to voice about (as long as it's true).

Court date: July 20th, 2011 at 8:45 am in sangamon co. courthouse.

"Guardianship can be costly and complicated.  In many cases, alternatives to guardianship can and should be used." 

"Guardianship should be considered a last resort, a mechanism by which a person's legal rights are taken away for a sound and necessary purpose.  It should never be used in a retaliatory manner or as a convenience for a health care provider or a family member."

I knew they (kathy love and others at McFarland) would claim temporary guardianship so that it would buy them time to order plenary guardianship. that's why they've (Jordan Litvak and others) been stalling so I couldn't get to the funds mom promised me. Not sure what I can do at this point.

Now "they" want to appoint a permanent guardian for my mom. Is she (kathy) totally ignoring my position and lying to me saying that she wasn't going to pursue it because of the expense? It's typical of these people. So why not go to school and earn a degree and get involved in a corrupt legal system just so you can leverage an even more effective covert aggressive personality? There is something totally missing from this persons life if she is willing to take matters into her own hands, interfere in family matters and claiming it's her job to do so.

There's no sense in trying anymore this way. They have it in for me for some reason by denying my mothers wishes that we agreed to carry out if this type of thing happened and claiming falsities by putting words into her mouth.
