Since I was sent a copy of a fax from (the temporary guardian or someone relative to them) this law firm in regards to mom, does this mean that my mom did in fact have an a/c relationship with this law firm?  Was the power of attorney document defective? Do I have to take notice on the recently deceased lawyer that drafted and signed this power of attorney for mom now because of all of this? Or, was it because my Ex girlfriend, Kathryn Davis (kdavis@khqa.co), the mother of my son, was successful at throwing an implication of a mental issue at me of some sort  in order to discredit me?

Finally, While I have the thought fresh in my mind, before signing anything with any law firm you should present them with something like this and always get a retainer agreement along with the letter so that it will insure that what money they don't spend in the representation will be returned to you.

I figure that they'll try to use my efforts to expose the truth to somehow lock me out of my mom's situation completely. I posted my mom's personal letters  to show her pattern of behavior and how it is seemingly changing due to her chemical imbalance and the spread of her cancer into her brain as well as her bones.

I got these mailings today from both Betsy Bier and Erin Nolan. (By the way, I'm choosing to omit the specific letter that this person wrote until my mother is deceased) So I left voice-mail in front of my friends, videotaped it, and  snapped a picture from my cell's caller id and call logs.

So, since I'm not displaying the actual letter as she requested that I not do, here's how it went.

"Mr. Heeger,

This letter is being sent to inform you that you please send me all the information pertaining to a prepaid burial for your mother. If i do not receive these documents then i will be purchasing a prepaid arrangement on behalf of your mother. I have made contact with several funeral homes in the Quincy area and none indicate any prearranged plans with their facility. Ms. Pettice has already notified me of funeral home preference and her personal choice for cremation.

I will not be corresponding with you via e-mail and will only have communication via letters or phone. I can be reached at 309.671.XXXX. I look forward to your cooperation.

Please be aware that this letter is being sent as confidential information and is not for display on any public computer sight/personal computer sight or to be emailed.

I know that there's a reason that these people have to contact me. It has to be covering their butt somehow.  On the side of this, I'm not going to let this distract me from the disrespect that I received from Jordan Litvak and the Staff at McFarland.

If this was happening to your mom, you'd flip out!

I can't get to see my mom. I can't get the taxes paid. I can't pay for final expenses insurance or to fulfill my promise to my mom.

Since you "upstanding" professionals like to always go over my head, I have the documentation about my moms funeral arrangements. after all, johnny mungo and I have precedence over moms wishes.

She is to be cremated and her remains are to be sent to me at my address.

I'd be there if my car was fixed and this is where the money would have helped since my POA status would have allowed me to us it for such matters. I needed $300 for new wheel bearings and fuel to get there.

So you opportunistic people just keep it up. Keep playing games and I'll make sure this journal stays online so that people can see the real you.

The Illinois Tort Immunities Act doesn't shield you from this intentional carelessness!

If I wasn't being disrespected and ignored by anyone that is seeing me as a legal liability, or a person that should only be contacted in order to cover their butt, I wouldn't have to post my e-mail here.

Additionally, I tried to be quiet and nice about all of this, but the hospital wouldn't let me. 

Also, nice try calling my probation officer (Chris Pfeiffer) in an attempt to get  me in some sort of trouble...

Correspondence with Temp Guardian

This is Erin Nolan's initial communication with me. She did it through e-mail (see below) and now she says that e-mail is not ok. Apparently since I'm posting it so that proof can be established. 

I notified everyone that was on the legal notice through their web portals and screen captured them when I did. But now she's making like the initial contact was hers. I screen captured my reply to Erin Nolan. A couple days after she called and complained to my probation officer about me posting this, I received a letter which basically said the same thing.

So now is she genuinely concerned with my moms burial plans and her sickness now that I'm not allowed to oversee it or anything else?  Or is she just covering her butt by asking me about it and then ignoring my responses by claiming that i didn't respond at all, or that she couldn't get a hold of me by phone?

They shipped her off.

Kathy Love, Don Henke and Jordan Litvak. Again totally ignoring me, lied to me and made up a bunch of excuses to have mom thrown into a home by a temporary guardian. They totally played me out and effectively did it with again, the Director of McFarland's assistance.

My phone was working just fine...
