Well, since DHS likes to play games, I will be fathering numerous children with numerous women. They will all be going to public aid (DHS) for assistance.

I'm reminded the time that Mrs. Nowlan called my probation officer about the documentation that I posted online in regards to disseminating her letters. You know from this sites history that according to only her,  I wasn't allowed to post any of her letters on a "Web Sight". 

You see how that worked.

I think Chris didn't want to find her probation department in a civil rights defensive position. 

So I ended up keeping it posted anyway and Mrs Nowlan got a crash course in protected speech and how it applied in these matters.

Protected speech is always in the form of a copyright sale if anyone wants it to become private speech...

Oh, Erin Nowlan is the temporary guardian for the state of Illinois at the office of state guardianship for those of you who are just tuning in.
