Erin Nowlan today.

I finally talked to Erin Nolan today for about 10 minutes. She asked me if i was recording the conversation. haha!  I asked her why she would ask that question and if she always ask people that when she talks to them over the phone. She responded with a "just wondering" or "just asking" kind of response. I could tell by the tone of her letter that she had been talking to someone else about me. It was most likely Kathy and everyone else over there at McFarland hospital. I just think it's funny how some people have  their say about someone, when that someone isn't there to keep them honest or accurately informed about what happened.

It's like nobody wants you to be able to prove anything that they say or do to you. I think they just want to use their position in society to allow them to keep getting their way, and to be able to use that form of "credibility and status" as a shield against liabilities.

Case in point. The anti-eavesdropping laws here in Illinois are so crazy, that you can't legally protect yourself against any predator or any form of police brutality with a camera or recording device. These people don't want another Rodney King incident do they? Oh, physical self defense is also outlawed by the way.

I wanted to catch a predator in the act and did. When I pulled it off, the local branch government ran to it's rescue regardless of what they heard froman was doing. Which supports my claim that they, and froman were all in on it together.

Anyway, I was my moms power of attorney. Since I have the originals and can't authenticate this "court document". This is all just a sham so I'll continue on as always.

mom today and the ad litem web visit

I talked to mom and dale today. He told me to contact a person at the Quincy Family and Senior Center CCU, then talk to another person at the Blessing Hospital Hospice. I sent this journal to him as well as others. Mom says that there are rumors going on about my property taxes up there and that someone from Quincy is talking to her about my situation. Those actions are only designed to keep her worried and I told her that I would be there on the 20th.

Now here's proof that at least one of their lawyers knows about my situation as well as the misconduct of the hospital staff at McFarland.  They can see how my power of attorney and my mother was ripped away at the impetus of those involved. 

The web visit was most likely the response to the e-mail that I sent him as well as the phone call that I made to his office.

Notice of Rights of Respondent

I received this "notice of rights of respondent" yesterday.

The attorney (guardian ad litem) Anthony J. DelGiorno sent this to me on the 6th and named me as an attorney Pro Se for the petitioner. Which doesn't make any sense. The reason I think that they put my name on the notice at the bottom underneath the lawyers for the petitioner is simple. My mother told them that she wanted me to be made her guardian.

So the story finally unfolds.

My mother was actually being warehoused at McFarland just so they could stockpile her money that was being deposited from her social security disability (yes, she's already disabled).

With that action, they would have "free funds" to get her warehoused permanently in Sharon elms or wherever she would be out of the way.

So I put a call in to Anthony DelGiorno's office this morning before noon to ask him to read and reply to the e-mails that I've been periodically sending him. 

He was apparently out of the office when I called.

Since my mother is already a disabled person, how is it that she needs to be determined a disabled person again? 

The attorney is a fat ass that  doesn't take care of himself....

WHEN IS A REFERRAL TO THE OFFICE OF STATE GUARDIAN APPROPRIATE?

Guardianship is appropriate only when a person is unable to manage his/her person or property and consequently is in danger of abuse, victimization or substantial danger to health. If these elements can be proven in court, the person may need a guardian to make decisions for him/her. There must be solid evidence that a person is genuinely unable to manage his/her affairs and that court action is required to remove his/her decision making rights and give them to someone else. A good way to determine whether guardianship is appropriate is to investigate whether a doctor has evaluated the person and found him/her to be unable to manage his/her person or property. In this case, when there is no one else to assume the responsibility of guardianship (when there are no family, friends, relatives, or anyone else interested in serving as a guardian), then a referral to the Office of State Guardian is appropriate. Also, when an impartial or neutral guardian is required, or when the assets of the proposed ward are insufficient to pay the commission usually paid to a guardian of property, a referral to the Office of State Guardian is appropriate.

This is why I didn't want mom to get out of the hospital so soon.

This is why I tried to prove that mom wasn't safe if she was released.

Which is one of the reasons that I took the camera up to Blessing Hospitals adult unit.

Blessing Hospital has been named as a defendant numerous times in court. There's no reasoning with their doctors once their mind is set. The doctors up there simply think that everyone is sick...

Froman is also one of them.

I'm not sure what the meaning is behind their silent treatment towards me. They all have computers and Nolan did initially send me e-mail. I replied to her e-mail then she turned right around and sent the same message (in a harsher tone with demands that i not disclose it on any computer or e-mail, which i did) in snail mail form with return receipt. I wonder what the purpose was for her doing that. e-mail is just as tangible. I think they're up to no good and being exposed on the Internet is something that they're trying to avoid.

FYI, E-mail disclaimers are to protect the sender from liability, not to demand that a senders rules be followed "or else". I should post the damn thing just to be what Kathy love told her that I was...."difficult". Who knows what Kathy told her. She can pretty much say anything and most likely did. I mean, who does this shit to a family member? I'm mom's son for fuck sakes! I'm starting to see that they're just a bunch of spoiled brats that like pushing people around to suit their human warehousing agendas $$$$$.

family intrusion

Is it me, or am I no longer my mothers son? I feel that's the way I'm being treated and who are these strangers that have her locked up in a "home"? Why is Jordan Litvak evading my efforts and ignoring me? Is it a concerted action spawned by the legal system here in adams county? Do I need to respond accordingly somewhere down the line? They apparently don't like my method of keeping track of events and I think that's why they're being so secretive.

Just remember this journal when you see or initially meet them.
