The henke pettice bier letter was downloaded today at 4 so that's good news. Hopefully they'll have my mom fixed so she can understand me by not feeding her so many painkillers and other meds by force.

A carbon copy was attempting to be sent in his initial e-mail to me to Karen Schweighart, Hospital Administrator, at 217-786-6994 or E-mail: Karen. Schweighhart@illinois.gov. But it failed since It was cc'd to her with a mispelled e-mail address. I'm assuming that is the actual hospital administrator for McFarland state Hospital. I went ahead and e-mailed that person with the response that i sent Mr. Litvak.
Since I have just internet and got rid of voice, e-mail correspondence will have to work.

Making the statement to me "we're not sure if there is another power of attorney". How could someone know or prove validity to that statement? It's a statement that can't be answered. Which leads me to believe that the people here have been talking to the people over there about me. Love also states that "they stopped pursuing guardianship for my mother because of the expense". I guess we'll see how much more of a liar that I think she is. I think that they don't want me to take money that mom bestowed to me for me to use because of froman, so that I don't use it to get my son Joseph back. They know everything about me that's in the public eye and they are, from what I'm feeling, are in cahoots with the local ol boys club. Yes, they all know each other but it seems that they can never face me in the light without assistance.

being nice
I believe in being nice... unless two so and so's won't let me be. So, is Mr. Henke a male offspring of a female kerr? Is Ms. Love a princess? I mean really, 3 months to enforce a power of attorney when it's been properly submitted? I guess that's what you have to tolerate when you deal with overweight and physically unattractive people.
I'm not intending on being hateful or disrespectful. I'm just being observant and concerned of my position and curious as to who else these two may be treating others like.

Restricted mail to director
Sent this on the 17th of May 2011 via restricted mail and recieved a letter from my mother telling Kathy Love to let me have access to her patient trust account. Even though she should (by law) do it anyway.
I still haven't heard back from their "legal department". But I did get a return reciept from Don Henke.
