guardianship?
3 weeks ago, I was told by Kathy Love that pursuing guardianship was too expensive so they supposedly stopped. We'll see since I think they're trying to beat me to the punch by intentionally stalling. Illinois sure lives up to its reputation. Also, I think that they wanted to talk mom into going to another hospital for her incurable stage 4 cancer. That way they could burn up the rest of her money before I could get the insurance for her final expenses and other commitments. She said that she was unconscious when they brought her there.
Gary Bradley?
Bradley passes away.
A man by the name of Gary Bradley picked up restricted mail that I sent on may 17th. to Jordan Litvac. It was picked up on the 31st of May. I thought it was strange that it took 10 days since Springfield, Illinois is only one business day away from my city (Quincy, Illinois). It must have been a weekend or something else odd.
So I went to the postal service main office and asked them what the problem could have been. I talked to Melissa (the main boss). She claimed that she tried to call the post office in Springfield to see about getting a reason why this happened. She said that she needed to see if the post office over there had a paper (From McFarland) stating that someone else could receive restricted mail for someone else in their group. Which doesn't make sense to me since restricted mail is for the named person on the envelope and can't be picked up by anyone else. So she now she has my e-mail address (since I don't have voice) and told me that she would contact me today or tomorrow.
I guess that will buy McFarland some time for reasons unknown. At least I have screen captures of the communications with Mr. Litvak on this journal.

Patience
I always say that patience is a virtue. But how much do I have and how much do I really need?

Went and got the name of Donna Dalazolo. I talked to the business office at McFarland at around 3:15 when I was at the Quincy branch of the Bank of Springfield . They said they would e-mail me after they talked to the hospital administrator... I never heard from her. But Jordan Litvik e-mailed me instead...
What I think...
I think they want control of her assets so they have funds to throw mom in a home. That has to be the impetus of their stonewalling and lying to me. They're making themselves PoA without my mothers conscent.
I guess they love the idea of trying to make me snap out for some reason.

their drive
They say people like this become shrinks just so they can be more effective tacticians and manipulators. And who writes a letter and sits on it for 7 days? hmm.. Or better yet I should ask. Who backdates a letter such as the one that was written to me on the 26th?
Karen now says that Treatment Staff indicated to her that my mother verbally rescinded the power of attorney... I have to be served and she has to be of sound mind to recind it.
It states clearly that it shall not be terminated by her incapacity or if she's found mentally ill.
So is my mom mentally capable of making any decisions? Is she capable to stand trial now and know right from wrong?
Is there an independent trusted third party standing among my mom, I and the hospital doctors that I trust? NO! The truth is that the PoA can't be rescinded in any way. Additionally, they were the ones that already established my mothers mental instability.
Are they just trying to aggravate me? Are they hiding what my mother is trying to speak out about? Well?

The power of attorney can't be rescinded by my mother during her mental illness. i have legal control. Using your "hospital staff" to verify this is a conflict of interest since you are most likely paying them to say whatever the need to in order for them to keep their jobs. READ THE POA and quit changing your stories. I'm going to post this letter that you sent and this blog on RipoffReport.Com tomorrow.
