Even though I contacted the Executive Office of Inspector General, DHS is intentionally ignoring me just as they did when my mother was still alive.  I'm not sure if they even realize what Human Services actually is.  What you have to realize that the state of Illinois has had a few governors that went to prison, so that alone speaks volumes about how it operates.

Actually my moms medical records from blessing hospital indicate that risperdal was used for her daily regiment of healthcare. But before my mom was arrested (as a result of the drug use causing violent behavior), one of her doctors put her on it (at a much greater dose) along with other anti-psychotic school shooter drugs. She was also on chemo for her cancer that most likely spread to her brain. If I were on those drugs who knows how I would be. I know I most likely wouldn't be able to make any legal decisions.

Here's what happened.

The reason that my mother got herself into this situation is as follows:

1. The drugs that my mother was convinced that she needed made her temperamental and violent when provoked.
2. Cancer was causing her pain and she wasn't being given pain killers due to the doctor being colleges with  her psychiatrist.
3. Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Il wouldn't get her the help she needed and they kept releasing her without proper treatment.
4. Psychotropic drugs were too profitable for the psychiatrist/psychologist to get her detoxified.
5. Bipolar and schizophrenia are invented diseases.
6. Dr. Frank Froman is and unethical doctor that has known my mother and myself since 1980.
7. All of the doctors know who my father is (Dr Stan Lee Bartley). He's a doctor and I was born out of wedlock while he was still married to sandy bartley back in 1971. 
8. Dr. Lee Johnson is also unethical and greed triggered.

10. Officer David Ludwig is a Quincy Police officer that knows of my mother. He claimed she was intoxicated and that she assaulted him.

The Statute of Limitations on Fraud in Illinois is five years. I have one  year left to bring action.

They took just long enough to get to June 1st. To get mom in court and to get the power of attorney receded by a judge.

They were all doing this under my nose. Looking back, I can see Dr. Frank Froman's involvement with Litvak in these matters. 

So there's the motivation since he sends patients to reside in their beds at McFarland. Hospitals and institutions are under great pressure to make a profit.

Here's a message from mom telling me that she had an underlying physical condition that was causing her pain.
