Sending The Hospital Mail

If you look at this envelope, you'll notice the tape on the top and side of it. The hospital sent it back to me claiming that it had no recipient. What a staff member did at McFarland was get the letter I sent, most likely copied it and put it back in the envelope, with new scotch tape on it to give it the appearance that it was never opened.

They covered up the address and mailed it back to me

You can see the tape used to reseal the envelope. they covered the indicia to mask that the letter was delivered by the usps.
