This is the character that blocked my power of attorney over my mothers property. This explains why he took my inheritance and my mothers assets under the disguise of helping her. 

 "Mental Illness" is only caused by pharmaceutical drugs. Psychs get money for the prescriptions that they fill out for their "patients". Psychiatrist are not real doctors as there is no science backing up their work.

Wow, they were only reprimanded in writing? So I guess that's how internal hand washing takes place. By giving the illusion of disciplinary action.
Litvak has switched positions within DHS by either lateral position change or promotion.
