Human Rights Complaint

Proof that you can change the name of a fake "Hospital" and it's still a fucked up place to warehouse people.

The Human Rights Authority (HRA) opened an investigation after receiving a complaint
of potential rights violations at Packard Mental Health Center.

I  have questions about the openness, transparency and potential bias regarding the truthfulness of the reports.
