Usually during litigation, they like to include journals (such as the one that you're reading) in a settlement agreement in order for it to be removed from the web. This will not be the case in anything that involves any legal proceedings in these matters. This copyright is for sale as always and can only be acquisitioned by someone that isn't mentioned here.

Anything else should be considered a form of hijacking intellectual property.
